Refund, Returns & Exchange Policy

(a) Faulty goods
If your goods are faulty we will (at our option) offer repair, replacement or refund.

To claim repair, replacement or refund you must:-
(i) let us know by email within 7 days of receiving your goods; and

(ii) send the goods back to us (at your cost) within 21 days of purchase

(b) Size and Suitablility

Style Krew want you to be totally happy with your purchase from us. While we cannot give refunds if you change your mind, if you purchase an item that doesn't fit or doesn't suit, we offer credit notes and exchanges (“Size and Suitability” conditions).

To claim a credit note or exchange you must:-

(i) let us know by email within 7 days of receiving your goods; and

(ii) send the goods back to us (at your cost, in new condition - i.e unworn, unwashed, tags attached) within 21 days of purchase

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept the return of swimwear, earrings, makeup or any beauty products for Size and Suitability reasons, so please choose carefully.

Please take care when trying on your order, as we will not accept returns with make up/perfume/deodorant/or any kind of marks on the garment.

We do not offer credit notes or exchanges for Size and Suitability reasons in relation to goods purchased on the basis of discount specials (including those purchased with a discount code).

Credit notes expire within 6 months, and can be used on any item for sale (and in stock) on our Website. If you do not use your store credit before the expiry date there will be NO new store credit issued and the value of the credit will be forfeited.

Style Krew reserves the right to change and modify our “Size and Suitability” returns and exchanges policy at anytime. Check the Website for all changes. The terms on our Website at the time of your order are the terms that apply to you and your order.

(c) Conditions of Returns (generally)

All returns will be at your (the customer)cost.

We are not responsible for lost parcels that are sent back for returns or exchange. Any goods returned are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Therefore, we recommend you send the parcel via an insured, traceable delivery service.

Due to the popularity of certain products, we can’t guarantee that we will have a different size or colour in stock to exchange.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

Style Krew may cancel your order if we cannot provide you with the goods that you order. Should this occur we will:-

(i) contact you via the email address you provided; and

(ii) process a full refund of monies paid.

For this type of contract we don’t consider it to be reasonable for you to put yourself in a position where you will suffer additional losses if the goods you desire cannot be purchased. Accordingly, you will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek compensation for any loss, expense or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience, which may result from such cancellation of order.

PRODUCTS MISSING FROM AN ORDER

Should a product be missing from an order when received, please contact us at hello@stylekrew.com.au within 7 days of receiving your goods with the order number and the product code or product name of the goods you ordered. We will make the appropriate investigations and if we are reasonably satisfied with the facts we will (at our option) offer repair, replacement or refund
